We especially recommend attorney Marc Soss for anyone who is looking for an excellent lawyer and litigator in trust and estate law in the Southwest Florida area or Sarasota. Over the course of about 8 months we interviewed and had some initial experience with other attorneys in this area of trust and probate work, especially trust disputes, and we found that Marc was far superior to anyone else that we encountered. We were very fortunate that we came across Marc since not only does he do an excellent job, but he does so on a very fair an equitable basis. Certain attorneys in the Sarasota area are asking for retainers and quoting fees before they do any work. Some will not even evaluate cases without asking for a fee, which we find very different from lawyers in major urban centers such as New York, Chicago, San Francisco, etc. Marc’s major interest is serving the client and serving him well. He doesn’t waste time and communicates very effectively and quickly. We cannot say enough good things about Marc. -A Very Satisfied Client

Mr Soss took the time to get hold of my sister and I who were searching for advice on a question about a Florida statute in relation to probate law. He is very knowledgable and confident. Marc is a very knowledgeable, personable attorney who was very easy to work with. We had to redo our estate documents. Marc provided great advice and best practices, making this a painless but well informed process. His fee was fair and eliminated the "nickel dime" approach. Great job. Very reasonable pricing and great service for all our will and trust documents. Marc turned it all around quickly after my wife and I met him for a comprehensive review of our needs. He gave us options that were helpful, then we finalized everything quickly. I don't think this process should be complicated or expensive and Marc keeps it reasonably priced and simple. I'd refer him to any of my friends or family.

I contacted Marc based on his reviews for our estate planning needs. From the get go he was so professional and welcoming. We even had to bring our 1 year old son with us a few times which some people get annoyed by, but he was very inviting to him and interacted with him as well which is so nice. He made us feel like we were his top priority each time we were there. Everything was handled so swiftly and efficiently. We are very grateful and appreciative of Marc.
